As announced by Mr.Qoo, Fate/Grand Order related titles are currently unavailable for direct download/update on QooApp. And they're actively trying to communicate with related parties for resuming service in the future. Hence the suspension of game download of Fate/Grand Order titles.

The affected Fate/Grand Order titles are the following : Fate/Grand Order (Japanese), Fate/Grand Order (Traditional Chinese), Fate/Grand Order (English), Fate/Grand Order (Korea) and Fate/Grand Order Waltz in the Moonlight/Lostroom

And therefore Fate/Grand Order titles can be only downloaded on their respective Google Play Region/Country and (3rd Party Sites).

To Access Google Play Japan here is the step by step procedure.

1. Download and Install Tunnel Bear VPN

6. Go to your phone settings and select accounts

7. In Accounts Tab select "+ Add Account"

8. On Add Accounts tab select Google

9. You'll be prompted to Sign In page of Google select create account and choose option "for myself"

10. Fill Out the First Name and Last Name.

11. Fill Out Basic Information with your Birthday and Gender

12. Google will generate email name based on the name you provided you may select the preset email name or create your own email name.

13. Fill out the password and make sure it's the same on the confirm section

14. Check if the First name, Last Name and Email Name you provided is correct if changes are needed to be made you can go back to modify it.

15. Agree on Google's Terms of Service

16. Open your browser (Chrome,Firefox,Opera and etc.) and on the address bar type :http://pay.google.com

17. Select Add a payment method

18. Select Billing Address and choose Japan.

Note : copy and paste the card number to fill out the card number section of the add credit or debit card. You can make up the MM(Month) and
YY(Year) and for the CVC you can get it on the last 3 digit of the card number, and lastly for the cardholder name you can get it on the generated
address on the site provided on No.15 or you may fill out it of any name you want.

Note:Copy the translated address and copy it on Address Line 1, for the City it's the first word you'll see after the Zip Code and Prefecture can be

21. Once all done on filling out the fields on Add credit or debit card you can now toggle save button on the bottom right corner.

22. It'll show an error that you need to replace the card number, just ignore it and after a few moments the page will refresh and on the upper left corner
toggle the 3 horizontal lines and select addresses, in here you'll see the Japan address you fill out earlier on add credit or debit card.

23. Open Tunnel Bear VPN and connect to Japan Server, once connected proceed to No.24

24. Open Google Play Store and switch account on your newly created account with Japan Address on it.
Note : If you created a google account on browseryou'll need to choose add account and login
the google account with Japan Address.

25. Once logged in you may need to close the Google Play Store and press it's icon for a second or two and toggle the information icon
(the small letter i on a circle) or go to settings, apps and notifications, and select google play store or if you cannot see it on recently
opened apps go to see all apps. Once you're on App info of Google Play Store toggle force stop and relaunch the Google Play Store

26. On Google Play Store toggle the 3 horizontal lines on upper left corner and select the account tab. Once in there on preferences tab
you'll see on country and profiles section Japan and profile name on which has a Japan Address.

27. To check if it worked correctly disconnect and close Tunnel Bear VPN app and switch to your other google play account that doesn't have a
Japan Address, once switched on that account switch again to another google play account but on the account that has a Japan Address. Check on the
Accounts tab, Preferences, Country and Profiles if the Country is Japan and the Profile Name matches the one you created.

28. Voila! now you have a Japan Google Play Account to download games or apps that are only available on Japan Play Store. And you can switch it
without worrying about losing access on your main google play account and your japan google play account won't change it's country/region
so you can use it freely without using vpn.

Note :
• This method is applicable on other country/region of Google Play Store just select that country on the VPN you'll use and also use the address in that
country/region as well.
• This method is also applicable on exisiting google play account but make sure that account isn't used yet on Google Play Store. Using it on a exisiting
Google Play Account with a Country/Profile Name based on your region would work but after changing to other Country/Profile you cannot change it
again for 365 days.
